Baxter

Advertising Age recently published an article and slideshow on The Mutts of Marketing.  Being a dog owner and lover, I had to jump in with my two cents and a picture of the MRK Marketing mascot, Baxter. 

Baxter sits outside the door of my home office as I work, barking every once in a while.  Not sure what he’s barking at – sometimes he’s looking out the window and sometimes he’s just laying by my feet.  I also am “forced” to take those necessary breaks to throw his favorite toy du jour.  (Believe me, he has plenty to choose from.)  Baxter is a maltese poodle mix, almost 5 years old, and I adopted him at 4 months.  I didn’t realize the power of dogs or the happiness they can bring until I had Baxter.  I would recommend this experience to anyone!
